- Scroll down and select Settings and then tap on the Help Center option.
- Now, tap on Editing Your Account and select Deactivating and Deleting Your Account.
- Next, tap on How do I permanently delete my account.
- Read what will happen if you delete your account, if you want to, and then tap on Let us know.
- Enter your password to confirm the account deletion process.

How to Delete Facebook Account Through Web Browser?

However, here are the simple steps that you need to follow to get rid of your Facebook account permanently.
- Open Safari Web browser on your iOS device and go to Facebook website.
- Log in to your account and then go to this link – https://www.facebook.com/help/delete_account
- Click on the Delete My Account button and confirm your action by entering your password.
That’s it! In 3 simple steps, you have successfully deleted your Facebook account permanently. This is a much faster and recommended way to delete your account rather than using the app.
